We are fortunate enough to be able to offer our tenants parking, for lease. However we DO NOT have excess spaces available for friends, so any violation of parking or allowing friends to park in inappropriate spots can lead to you losing your privilege to park in this lot. A boot will be installed on any vehicle violating parking privileges and a fine will be paid to remove it. Automatic Towin is enforces for ANY vehicle wit no decal.
If you would like to purchase a parking pass to park in the Saint Philip Lot please fill out the Parking Application form and submit the form with the first months parking payment. When you move in you will be given your parking pass if you have submitted both of these things. We offer a year long parking contract or we can do Month-to-Month parking. If you sign a year contract we will give you a hang tag that goes on your mirror. If you decide you want to do Month-To-Month you will have to come to our office each month to get a new pass as these are temporary paper passes and expire at the end of each month.
